Forge Construction & Design provides construction, remodeling, and design services including but not limited to:

• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Home additions and ADUs
• Deck and outdoor living construction
• Interior and exterior renovations
• Painting and finishing services

• Email: Project communications and optional marketing materials
• Phone: Direct consultation and project coordination

Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations are provided at no charge. Detailed estimates and project proposals will be provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Estimates are based on information provided and site conditions as observed. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during construction.

Project Agreements

All construction projects require a separate written contract that will include:

• Payment terms
• Change order procedures
• Warranty information

Licensing and Insurance

Forge Construction & Design is licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with Colorado state requirements. License information is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual project contracts. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
